From seeing my father who revealed recently that he's been having an affair on my mom for some time there are definitely signs of a falling out. Number one, he just doesn't care anymore. He seems to be a shell that comes homes, eats, sleeps, keeps conversations to a bare minimum, goes to work, repeat. Two, if he is falling for someone else and an affair is crossing his mind, he will treat the internet and most importantly his cell phone like a first born child. You come near it, he will bite your head off.
It's sad but clearly it presents itself in the household. It is not hard to see, but the mind will sometimes want to reject that this is happening to you. It happens much too often now a days and it is an extremely sorrowful feeling. I hope that if this is happening to you that you can keep strong. If you just hypothetically asked this question, then hope it never happens to you.

Falling out of love with a spouse and desiring to be with someone other than a spouse are two seperate events in a marriage.
If your husband falls out of love with you, there is nothing you can do about this, that's his choice -- and you will not have to wonder about it, and he won't be able to hide it.
If he simply is desiring someone other than you, you have two choices -- accept it, do what you can to preserve your relationship with him and continue your marriage or leave.

you will know this by his actions. if his behaviour towards you changes out of the blue (he doesn't normally gets annoyed by your banter, finds excuses to spend less time with you, ignores you on a daily basis). or if he plainly tells you that he doesn't want you anymore or implies that as well.

how will you know well, trust your instinct.. Mostly is how he is less attentive on you or didn't do the romantic gesture he did before... He become annoy or mad at you over no reason. He cmes home with perfume over his clothes or he block you off from his computer...

When he starts behaving very distant and careless. He stops wanting sex from you and starts spending a lot of time with his "friends" and making himself look good appearance wise.

I think you have answered your own question.
If you suspect it, then follow your instincts.
Ask him, if he truly wants out, then he will probably be honest with you.
