Why does i have a tag (when you buy it) that says $36.00 per year in energy cost??

By $50 and dat's a lot for me.
If I don use it I usually pay less than 100.
But if I use it usually shoot up to more than $100 moreover mine is already quite old and the older it is the more themotor have to work hence more bills.

That depends on how hot it is outside and how cool you want it inside, how efficient the model is and how big it is.
