Most of the time. Always when I am using a public restroom or when I know there is someone else around who will know if I don't. Honestly, when I am home alone, sometimes I don't. I know...eww gross. You asked for honesty though!

I do everytime! 90% of the time I use soap...the other 10% is in public restrooms where they don't have soap, but at the very least, I use water. I also don't like having my hands wet after washing them. I have to dry them...but not with the blow dryers...those take too long, so it's either towel, paper towel, or my pants, but they must be clean and dry after using the restroom.
The grossest thing is to watch people after they leave the bathroom and see if they washed their hands or not, it's suprising how many people don't!
(useless trivia...the underside of the toilet seat is cleaner than under your finger nails...if you don't believe me, think about where a toilet seat has been...only there...where all has your fingernails been?)

Hell yeah! That's very nasty and unsanitary if you don't. You can spread infection to yourself and or others by not washing your hands properly after using the bathroom. I wash my hands before I eat too and make sure the dishes and utensil have been throughly washed as well.

I do. If theres no soap I just wash them with water. I can't stand the thought of what might be on my hands, so I wash them. It might have something to do with my mom fussing at me about it when I was little.

For #1, only when there's another guy in a public washroom watching me. Otherwise I don't. My flagpole is clean.
