If you're expecting it...
I've always believed that change is one of the only constants in life. If there's anything you can rely on, it's that nothing will ever stay the same. Evolution is inevitable.
So i guess change is familiar when you have a certain expectation... When you're kind of waiting for it to happen.
And i suppose change can be familiar in the sense that it brings back certain emotions that you've felt before. It brings a certain state of mind that is comfortable. For with familiarity comes comfort to an extent.
