I want to lose some weight. I haven't drank pop for eleven days. I want to lose like 5-10 pounds. Advice,help, tips anything will help. Shoud I keep a journal of what I eat to see what I can cut out of my diet?

cutting back on soda is a good idea. Although it will not make you lose 5-10 lbs. But the good theing is that soda will help you in the process, because it helps you sleep easier, wake up easier and gives you more energy while your working out.
I suggest make a chart of list what you did today and by 1-2 weeks you will see results good luck

okay. first of all, you've only been "not drinking pop" for eleven days. Usually it takes a MONTH to lose 4 pounds. Just keep on substituting water for soda. Drink lots of water. Also, get an exercise routine into your life. As long as you are eating healthy and eating healthy amounts, your diet should work. Remember, don't focus on pounds...focus on the appearance and how you FEEL. And don't worry if you have a weight-loss plateau...that just means that you have reached a HEALTHY weight and if you keep on eating well, then you will sustain a healthy weight and you will look awesome! <3

Keeping a journal is not a bad idea. Your best bet is you want to eat right...like veggies...protein....just healthy not a lot of junk of food..good job on getting rid of the pop...thats a big thing with all the sugar and what not. You want to exercise regularly...whether its walking or jogging everyday or at least 3-4 times a week you should be fine!! Crunches and things like that will strethen your stomach and teaching your self when you are full. Eat many small healthy meals instead of 3 huge meals that always helps too!! I ate a lot of sushi after I had my daughter to loose the weight..fish is very good and healthy for you! Thats what I did..Good Luck!!

drink water. eat 5 very small meals a day instead of 3 regular ones. exercise
