yah...read this ,Neil Alden Armstrong was born on August 5,1930 in Wapakoneta, Ohio. He holds a degree in aeronautical engineering from Purdue University and a masters degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Southern California. . While serving as a test pilot, he was chosen to be a member of the astronaut corps.

Yes and by the way people there was no Camera man on the Moon with Neil and Buzz cause a Camera was on the vehicle itself to film them.

Yeah what about the poor camera-man? They will never know... The orphaned genius at childhood, John Pinkerton, was in fact the first man to walk on the moon. Darn the shadow of his superior, Mr. Armstrong!!! :D

Officially yes. Although I think the cameraman who filmed him setting foot on the ground is the one who should take the credit if the whole thing wasn't staged to satisify the patrotism/pride of the american public back then.

yeah, there was no cameraman, only two ppl could fit in the luner lander (except for the 13 mission). the camera was fixed to the craft.
