having problems logging into yahoo chess, keep getting an error message "stale page in cache, restart your browser or clear your computer cache manually", I've tried deleting temporary files that doesn't seem to solve the prob

right click on internet explorer.. then click on properties.. then clear history and delete all files.. u are done...

open tool menu - then - internet option
here delete temporary files and cookies

you can use these methods to do this
go to
control panel
internet options
if IE 6 then delect files button
if IE 7 then delete-delete files button option
or run IE> tools-> internet option follow above steps
