Hey, I experienced that too when I was wearing contacts.
It looked as though you could peel that layer right out of
your eye...ew! - don't try that.
Listen, it's from wearing the contacts too long without
re-wetting them after so many hours and it's also from
wearing them too often. I stopped wearing my contacts
and the skin on my eye repaired itself (flattened out) again.
You may also be wearing a worn out pair of contacts- so
renew your lenses, definitely! - at your Optometrist's office.
You do not have an infection. The contact lens was just
rubbing the skin layer on your eye, causing it to bunch up
with some discomfort. The worst of it is looking at it in the mirror
thinking, why do I look like I have an 87 year old eyeball?
You don't need a doctor to tell you not to wear them for a while
because I just did. Continue to wear your glasses until
the skin on your eye smoothes out again, and it will.

Once my left eye was all red and teary because a piece of small sand got into it and I couldn't open (or I could but then it hurted so bad if I opened) so I was like blind on that eye. I was blind like that for about one week (no, not exactly blind but couldn't see cause I didn't open the eye because if I opened the eye it would hurt really badly). I went to an eye doctor who perform eye surgeries and just anything to deal with the eye. I visited them like twice a week for about two weeks or so. They gave me a droplet of medication and I can see now (even though I have glasses).
Go to an eye doctor as soon as possible. When these things lag on you and you refuse to go to a doctor, it only gets worse. So I'm sure the doctor will give you some kind of droplet or medicine for your eye. I hope it gets better and I hope this doesn't ruin your Christmas!

Before you do anything, check and make sure it is not a contact. If it is, take it out. If not go to the ER immediately. If there is something in there that isn'st supposed to be there it can damage your eye permanently. Good Luck.

It is almost certainly an eye infection. My 18 year old son had the same thing happen when using colored contact lenses. He was told he wasn't sterilising them properly and caused a temporary "jellylike" infection in his eye. It cleared up with eye solution care, but just in case, see your doctor

well it could most probally be eirther an infection or something embedded in your eye. See a optician imeadately. allowing an eye infection to worsen can lead to permanent loss of vision

i would not provide them the cupcakes if it makes your husband disillusioned or perhaps question others approximately his reasons IMHO. Hubby is soo plenty greater significant... i could purely attempt to tell your husband your motivation, doing stable to others & sharing is purely a organic subject (& hospitable) subject to do. Why no longer thank ppl for style acts to you & brighten their artwork day. confident, adult adult males love cupcakes - it particularly is finger tarts - who would not like cake? =) yet whilst hubby has his reasons, i could purely say, "thank you" to the adult adult males. If hubby did get jealous, you won't have the opt to make him jealous, so do purely as he desires. additionally, if he's worried to your secure practices (cuz often times you could no longer confer with or believe strangers) then honor that, too. possibly the adult adult males could get greater interested in you & think of approximately you & no better half could choose somebody questioning of their better half. =) Ooops, I by possibility thumbed the 1st answer up as a substitute of down! actual do no longer pass against your husbands desires!!! who're you married to, besides? ~Your husband & youngster's Dad. =)
