There are medical motives,, being pregnant is tough on a woman's physique there are alot of alterations occurring. So no longer in basic terms for the well being of the infant however the mothers well being additionally. Then there are pschological motives too,, the greater relaxed and comfortable the mum is the greater healthful and satisfied the infant would be. Then there are finacial motives,, if a woman isn't looking after her self then she ought to choose greater pre natal care, or if she's no longer getting any prenatal care then it could lead to a disaster with the infant and all of us understand that a visit to the ER is an fairly very intense priced experience. i think maximum of my motives nonetheless end interior the vast image it relatively is the well being of the mum and infant.

As for me, forcing myself doesn't work. One day I wake up all revved and take advantage of my "mood," and get lots accomplished. If I'm not in the mood, I can spend hours poking around doing research and end up disorganized and frustrated. I find after a strong cup of coffee in the a.m. that is the best time for me to write papers. Somehow, we always manage to get them done though! :) Maybe set small goals like portions of the paper that have to be researched, then work on organizing those portions. Then look up the rest of the material, etc. When your frame of mind is more creative, you will find the paper easier to write.

Yes - you can do it! Yes, you will do it! :) Ask yourself why you are doing all this---because it will pay off in the end :)

Oh, yeah! You WILL stop procrastinating when it comes down to the last minute. To prevent this from happening, do it every moment you have a little extra time. Then when you are finished, you will have a lot more free time. Believe me.

Make yourself believe that is it due tomorrow. Really believe it though and it will be crunch time for you. The real benefit is that no matter you may thing your paper sucks, you will have plenty of time to correct it in the end.

Ouch.... I feel for you. I love writing essays, but research papers make me want to peel my skin with a potato peeler and dip myself in salt. My suggestion: reward yourself. Think of something that you'd like to do, but ONLY allow yourself to do it if you get x amount of pages written. When is it due?

Good luck!! :)

ha, sounds like me last week. I ended up just getting a bunch of snacks, water, a radio and locking myself in my room. I took breaks every hour to get up and stretch then back to work.

I really had to psych myself up. I kept saying "YEA I CAN DO THIS!!!" until I believed myself. I eventually got it done and you can too!

GOOD LUCK!

what do you like the most... like your all time favorite thing to do? answer that and then forbid yourself from having/doing that until you get this paper done. You have to WORK, WORK, WORK!! And when you're done you can treat yourself to this thing you forbid yourself from.

It works for me because my all time favorite thing to do is to sleep/take a nap but if I have homework or something like that to do I forbid myself from taking a nap or sleeping (even if that's a bad thing to do)... and then when I'm done I treat myself to a long nap.
