I know when I had mine, there was bleeding, stomache cramps and pain in private parts. I have heard usually when you pass your 12 weeks the chance are lower of having a misscarriage, but in can occur up to 20 weeks.

My first pregnancy was a miscarriage, but it was very early on( 5-7 weeks, ultrasound didn't show a fetus yet). I had wondered why I didn't have my period, I was quiet overdue, but then something changed in me, I can't say exactly what. Finally I did a pregnancy test and it was positiv, but 3 days later I started to bleed and 1 week later I had very strong cramping and pain and suddenly it stopped and a big clump of something came out and it was over. My 2nd pregnancy was totally different. I felt nauseated starting ca. 4 weeks and I had no bleeding at all. One thing I feel is very important is diet and health. Check out "Brewers diet" they tell you how to eat so there is less chance of complications during your pregnancy. At the beginning of my 2nd pregnancy I took some progesteron cream, bec. sometimes a miscarriage could be caused by low progesteron, but that shouldn't affect you if you're already at week 11.

well i have never had one, but i know of people who have had them

bleeding may be a sign, however some women bleed throughout their whole pregnance
it hurts right where the baby is -the cervix
a safe point??
i dont follow?

i wouldnt be to concerned about a miscarriage
dont stress your self out about it, stress is not good for the baby
follow your doctors instructions and take your prenatals regularly no matter if you throw-up or not

get to know your OBGYN he/she is gonna be looking and places that are personal, so you might as well be comfortable enough to express your feelings about this concern of yours
there are tests they can run to see if your baby is under stress also

good luck and congradulations

I did miscarry and I bled allot for almost three weeks straight. The pain is normally in your abdomen and your inner legs. You would not be able to walk, I wasn't able to anyways. It's been awhile for me. As far as the twelve weeks, i'm not so sure, maybe that is something you can call a nurse and see what they say.
