I ahve been thinking about this for a while, and I was wondering how you know if you are really lesbian. I really don't know if i am or not. Maybe I am just a perv, I don't know, I know you know if your lesbian if you like girls, but I want to know if there is another way to know. i am so confused.

i don't like the fact of labeling yourself. you are who you are, gay, straight, lez, tranny or whatever.. you shouldn't have to put a label on yourself to call yourself something. i went through the same stage and sometI'mes still...im very very very attracted to girls. when i see a hot girl i cant help but stare and thinkg " DAMN" lol i want to holler at her lol...and when i see a hot guy my radar signals dont set off a huge alarm as it does when i see a hot girl...ppl say I'm bi cuz i still find guys attracting but sexually and physically I'm more comfortable and happier with a girl. when i was younger i wud still date guys only cuz i felt if i kept it this way i wudnt give up my secret for liking girls..I'm happier now knowing who i am and that i am comfortable.

First I started by asking myself questions as I felt I was really different from the girls of my age in my tastes and ways of thinking. Then at the age of 22 (well I'm 22) I fell deeply in love with a girl. So from the moment the simple attraction became love I knew who I were really. As it is new sometimes it saddens me but the more I accept it the more I feel OK.

First of all get the perv idea out of your head.
It is not that difficult--are you attracted sexually and emotionally to girls and not attracted to men?
If yes you are a lesbian.

Why is this so hard to understand? You're just YOU. If you're attracted to other females and you are able to accept that as part of who you are, then fine, you're perfectly NORMAL!
If you can't accept it and are having a lot of trouble with it, them maybe you should look into getting some counseling.
