I'm not sure they are, but the good thing about a Muslim cabbie is that at least you know he hasn't been drinking.

Where are most taxi drivers Muslim,? It may be the case in Jeddah or Algiers or even in Kuwait city but I don't think it is true of Hong Kong, New York or Paris.

You're probably one of those who lump all taxi drivers who look/sound Arab, Pakistani, Indian into one - shame. They could be Christian, Hindu, Bhuddist, Atheist, Jewish - you shouldn't generalise.

How do you know they are muslim? Do they tell you or do you ask them? More than likely you are assuming they are muslim due to the colour of their skin.

How many of them are here in the U.S. as doctors. If that's not high paying then what is? On top of that, I believe that most of them don't even have to pay for schooling at all, because it gets paid for by their homeland's governing bodies (whatever form of leadership it may be).

Because we are an oppressive, racist society that only caters to the white man. When our captians of industry shun the Islamic (and many others) from the high-paying, office-with-a-view jobs, where else will they work?
