She's a little sensitive to cold so I was hoping that this will help her a bit. Im having thought of having this or a wool sweater instead.

The picture didn't show up for some reason.
But your mother will LOVE it...simply because you bought it for her. She will show it off to everyone. 20 years from now, she will still have it in her closet, and if you ask her about it she will tell you the year you gave it to her and the color the wrapping paper was.
Us moms are such odd creatures, aren't we?

Yeah, it looks fine.
Check in your mum wardroab for similar clothes and get the size of them.
The flowers should be roses and make the card really big and write a few words of ure own, to add the personal touch. it'll make it memorable.

I think it is good. But, if you give her something like a broach or a set of earrings and neck chain from carter club or monet she may feel happy. Usually instead of clothes it is good to present some thing like jewellery though they are least expensive but, gives a very grand look and makes your mom really happy.
