What are you kidding.. there is nothing wrong with porn. Watching and using porn to releive frustration is a normal thing. It doesnt become a bad or twisted thing until you make it your only outlet or your preferred outlet. Its not like he made the tapes himself or was standing outside their window jerking off..
With that said.. I think you should keep it to yourself. If you really want to rule his life on something make him squirm by knowing that you know and that you could tell at any moment. The longer you dont say anything, the more he is going to sweat it out and the longer you can enjoy the torture.
I would caution you however.. if your brother is like most guys I know he will only put up with your teasing before one of 2 things happen. 1 - he will decide he doesnt care and just deney it if you ever say anything or 2 - he will beat the living crap out of you if you do even think about saying something and that takes all the fun out of it for you.

This is very sad. It sounds like your brother is in serious trouble. I recommend that you tell your parents about this and encourage them to help your brother get help from a competent mental-health professional. Pornography can be very addicting. Make sure that you stay away from it yourself.
