Before it was Thursday and Friday but September this year, they started Friday and Saturday. But not all have adapted this yet. But government offices started already but some private companies still does the previous days.

For sure Friday is a holiday but it would really depend on the company you're working with. Some companies have Thursdays and Fridays off and some have Fridays and Saturdays off.
