GCC residence visa holders are entitled for the entry visa to Dubai upon arrival at the airport/entry point, depends the category as mentioned in residence permit. This visa is valid for 30 days stay and non-extendable. All professional visa holders can travel to Dubai without a prior visa, if the GCC residence visa is valid for minimum six months.

Make sure your current profession mentioned in your R/P (Iqama). I believe that normally Saudi Labor/Immigration departments will not allow foreigners to work in administration or higher positions, even though you are a professional may be the profession mentioned is something else. Confirm it before your departure.

Otherwise you can contact the Emirates airlines office in Saudi, they will arrange a visa for you with one condition, you should fly on Emirates.

Happy journey
