Don't you think that in this country when no one really cares about you, you have a forum where you can ask these sort of questions and have someone take a few minutes of their lives to answer your question. America is a big place with almost 300 million people and a few people are interested enough to answer good or bad. I think that's wonderful. If I had a place like this when I was younger I probably would be asking these kind of questions too. Sometimes we don't have people we can ask questions about a boyfriend or girlfriend, or where to go if we get into trouble or if we suspect something isn't right and we aren't sure if it is so you have a forum to ask someone who you don't know what do they think. I think this is a wonderful site I just hate the kids who come on and make fun and say mean things about black people just because they can. When you get older you will understand what I am talking about if you ever really think about it.

That is very true but getting many opinions and taking the time to consider differing opinions and views is better than just trying to come up with an answer on your own. Outsiders can see things in a different light then we our selves can when the situation concerns our own lives. It is not just the young people posting questions either. I am 33 and wonder different peoples views on certain things. I have also posted a question for my English course in college.

The person asking the question has to realize out of ten answers only 2 - 3 are worth reading.
And unfortunately alot of young people have nonexistent parents.

Sometimes it's easier to see things clearly when you get an opinion from someone who is removed from the situation. Loved ones may be biased sometimes or they may have a harder time being honest because they don't want to hurt your feelings.

They are not really looking for psychology, they are looking for an answer, a way to cope, from some one who has really been there and gone past that point. They just need help moving on.

Its easy for young people to talk to strangers who they will never meet or see. So no matter how awkward the question is you will never see that person and he might be of help.
Be helpful to them
