That's a ridiculous question. I guess I have to be a smoker to get it.
But as a ex girlfriend of a chronic smoker heck no. The bad breath alone is a deterrent. An ash tray smells better.
Oh I am in the health field. I have seen it's effects. Can't even contemplate them not having side effects, when I see them each time I go to work.

if there were NO side effects, YES I would go back to smoking. I have been quit over a year and I am still going through withdrawal. So YES I would smoke if it was safe.
