The on-line store givitup can make one for you.
Go to http://www.givitup.com and click on the Custom section- they'll basically tell you to email what you want on a product and you pick the t-shirt style (or sweatshirt, apron, hat, mug,etc.etc)
They create it, put it in the custom section and email you that it's ready to order on-line. Very easy.

My supplier has great products and a very good customer service department. There are several college dropout designs here.
