Does anyone have any ideas on how to soothe the achiness that comes with stretching ligaments??? Im 5 months and starting to get those.

warm showers or baths might help ease the pain. You should definately look into yoga tapes, for expecting mothers. Easy, safe stretching and toning of those muscles will help to prevent future pain. I know how bad that can hurt, I had them with my first. These muscles are being used for the first time to support your growing belly. Stretching them gently will help them adjust to their new work load.

I went to the chiropractor a few times a week for about a month. There were these special rectangular blocks that when placed properly really helped out.

Warm lotion and gentle massage. Walk around more too.
