There's this guy who is 31 and a private in the army, now Ive never feared anyone's anger or for my life until I seen him get so mad that I thought he was gonna hit me or do worse, what do I do about that?

Your best bet is to get away I don't know your whole story but the more comfortable he gets with you the more he will show his anger. You can't change anyone only they can change themselves don't put yourself in danger.

are you dating this man? If so, get the heck out of there. Even if you are just aquaintences, I would not spend any time with him. Sounds scarey.
