you wanted to be in the talent show and a girl tells you she can dance and wants to be in it with you....but, when you teach her the steps you notice she can't dance. You spent three hours teaching her the steps and she doesn't get it.
Should I tell her she can't be in the talent show with me????i dont wantt to be mean

i think you should tell her. she wont stay in the competition if she cant dance right? so it would be better to hear it from a friend than to hear it from judges. she can also jeopardize your chances so you should better tell her.

Well three hours was not enough for you to say she cannot dance. Probably she is not feeling comfortable yet, once she get it you could be surprise. Give her a chance to prove herself.

either
*make the steps easier
*spend more time practicing with her
*suggest you both practice on your own at home
*Make a joke (ex: oh my god we suck so bad! lol we're gonna have to practice A LOT if we're gonna win!)
*Teach her the steps slower and go through each step again and again until the its done correctly.

Don't give up on her quite yet

i say drop out all together with her and then enter under a code name!
