Go to the town's phone company's web site
Look up people's address and reverse it to
Phone numbers instead ,place the phone number which I presume you have it,I hope!
Sometimes it's unlisted .

If you have thier number go with yellowpages.com then go to the white pages tab and look for person by #number.
