After an exciting intercourse with avery good erection the fore skin of my penis gets a few cracks. It is due to the extra streach on the fore skin.I think my penis is too very erected while exitement that tears the fore skin.. and then I have to give rest to intercourse for about 4 day to heal up.because the crack pains when the fore skin again streches.. Does this happen with ONLY Me??? any cure?

Your foreskin is a little tight which is not uncommon. You need to gradually stretch it. I know personally how irratating it is. With this situation it is very easy to develope a fungal infection as cleaning under the foreskin while it is cracked is VERY painful. Get an anti-fungal creme from your doctor, bathe in a bathtub as opposed to a shower and while in the warm water ease the foreskin back and keep it back as long as you can. This helps to stretch it as well as keeping it clean. This practice daily and the use of the creme cured it for me.

After it heals, try using lubrication during sex. You simply might be too rough during sex and you wear your foreskin raw. While it heals, try using moisturizing lotion or with aloe to help keep the foreskin soft and supple. This might make it less prone to cracking.
