once I wrote a list of things I wanted to do or accomplish. Put that note away and found it years later. Do you know I had done practically everything on that list. Bad things happened during that time but subconsciously I had made a list in my mind and I worked my way through that list without realizing it. I believe we make plans in our minds to do something and even if it takes our whole lifetime we work and chip away at it. It may not be the exact version of the picture we have in our minds but we get so close sometimes it's scary. Try it write a list of things you want to do and put it away in some papers you know you will go through years from now and see how many ideas and plans you accomplished you will be so surprised. Maybe that is why when people find they are going to die (cancer) at a older age say they have very few regrets and those regrets are the dreams that didn't come true on that list because most of them did.

Follow your dreams. If you don't, then you will always, ALWAYS have the feeling of what might have been? And if you put off your dreams for later, then you'll always feel like you're chasing something or you can do better, or some kind of longing, or incompleteness.
In other words, you can follow you dreams and if if doesn't happen, than you can make the best out of it. But if you settle... miss your chance just to play it safe, you may never get the chance to follow your dreams again.
"The Dance" - Garth Brooks
...I could've missed the pain, but I'd a had to miss the dance...

By following your dreams you will make your life the best it can be. Take chances, be afraid but do it anyway, don't say "why", say "why not", expect some failures and just keep getting back up, learn from your mistakes. Never quit trying. It will pay off in the end!!!!

I would say...
If you ask this question, then you are just making the best out of life.
Those who follow their dreams don't ask. They just do it.

If you want it bad enough you will follow your dreams. To make the best of life is too defeatist. I will make that choice only if I'm a senior citizen. As long as I'm able I will strive to do what makes me feel good about myself.
