Got one for my wife a 6 months ago. She is not big into Tech but is does what a phone is supposed to do. The bluetooth support with other devices is above average. It connects well with hands-free kits, cars, pc, and other phones. It is on the wide side although very flat. She says it is perfect for a cluttered pocketbook. I was able to store all her contacts and ring tones on the pc with the motorola software (sold separately). You can customize the background pics as well as the front panel pic. The thing I like about the phone is the voice dialing along with a motorola bluetooth headset. Keep the phone in your pocket , just push the button on the headset and say who you want to call. It also supports picture/caller ID. Through Cingular we have great reception and a friend has Verison with the same quality. Lots of other things about the phone but this is just my impressions. Good Luck.

Very unreliable. I've heard many stories of people being on their third RAZR because the others broke.
