Im having abdominal cramps,little nauseas,backache and my nose been smelling something smelly ...i'm really confused.

Sounds like pregnancy to me...... When is your period due ? Please reply on your comment, that will give most of us an idea on advise........If you aren't due yet it could possibly be period symptoms ?

Those sound like symptoms of pregnancy if you were several weeks along, I would highly suggest you get to your doctor ASAP. Y could have some type of infection. You may be scared, but it is always better to know sooner then later. good luck to you either way

Those symptoms could be anything from urinary tract infection, bladder infection (you mentioned smells) to pregnancy. I would see your primary care physician who will most likely send you for tests, unless it worsens, then go to a hospital.

I would go to the doctor and have a check up, I not trying to freak you out but other things can cause those symptoms. If I was you I would go though ER and see whats going on.
