Being a man made element, I would guess that its lifetime is very short, it is too expensive to use and it is too radioactive to be of any use apart from being in small doses for cancer cells and finally you may need special equiment to made it in the first place, partcile accerater and all that.

I suppose that other radioactive nuclei have been more studied and are easier to use.
