I saw a movie thirty years ago. One of the scene is about a sexy lady turn into a mannequins after a man give her injection.

mannequin was made in 87 so i doubt it is what you are talking about but to correct some previous answers it stars Andrew McCarthy and Kim Cattrall.

I think it's called Mannequin and it has Micheal J. Fox in it. I believe it was in the late 80's.

mannequine-1987 may be too late to be 30 years ago, unless u were going overboard...but i cant remember their being an injection justa necklace...and there is a sequel but thats even younger....or maybe
Lady Frankenstein-1972....dont know about the "injection" part but this fits the time frame your talking about
