2 things.... simple science.......
1. make it hot by fire.... or hot water... then remove it... not with bare hands please...... plastic melts easily than glassware....
2. make it cold by putting it inside the freezer overnight..... plastic again has higher freezing freezing point than glassware.

Break the glassware. It's much easier to peel off then.

apply straight chlorine or clorox which ever is handy and let sit 20 to 30 min then with warm water just peel it off.
or you could re heat the plastic and wipe off with a cloth. which ever you prefer.

If you put it in the freezer for an hour or so the plastic should chip right off easily

try letting it soak in vinegar for three hours! the acid will dissolve the plastic.
