The reason why rivers are always happy is because
there are naked women swimming in it
Happy drunk men acting a fool and goofing off
even though it swells up and throws a fits sometimes ( a flood) people always come back and admire the beauty
Last but not least
He runs through counties and they don't mind.

With all the pollution and effluents emptied by factories into rivers, I am sure that rivers are not happy anymore.

It crosses rocks.
It flows with Flowers.
Neither it's showing its difficulty of jumping the rocks and nor joys while moving with flowers.
