Not much room for dialup growth at all. Doubt you'll notice any difference even after you do the tuneups. Easier to upgrade to DSL or other broadband. Another possibility is see if your ISP supports "shotgun", basically two modems (and two phonelines) dialing in together, which will double your bandwidth... IF your ISP supports it.
