I live in Vegas so listen to me, I'm a romantic. Dinner at the top of the Stratosphere. Not hard to get in, fine dining, and best view in Vegas. take a gondola ride at the Venetian hotel, and then you can have dinner next door at the top of the Eiffel Tower at the Paris!! B-E-A-UTIFUL. Take a walk around the Bellagio foutains, then go inside and go around the atrium, it's decorated with thousands of flowers and plants and sometimes waterfalls depending on what season it is. (Right now it's decorated for Xmas and looks AMAZING) A helicopter ride over the strip. You can even go down to Lake Mead, which is just a real quick 30 min. drive right outside of Vegas and go on the Desert Princess paddle boat ride around Lake Mead at night. It's very beautiful, they'll serve you dinner, and take you right up to the bottom of Hoover Dam! Hope I helped. :) :)

If you are a romantic, and with a romantic, anywhere in Vegas can be romantic. try the fountains of the Belaggio, or ride the gondolas acroos the street, i forgot the name of that hotel. But thats OK, it can be very romantic to start the evening at one end of the strip and wander from Hotel to hotel enjoying the free shows and sights, the only thing I can think of that spoils the romance might be the constant flyer hawkers snapping brocures in your face which can put you in a constant alert state. But if you are aware of them, you might be able to relax enough to not recoil in fear thinking somebody didn't just flip open a switchblade on you.

The Venetian hotel is really nice and also the MGM, I've stayed there.
Be sure to check out the Eiffel Tower at the Paris!!
The Bellagio fountains are cool and the hotel is really neat, be sure to check that out~!

The most romantic place i found was meeting this very friendly woman in a strip club. Nice scenary!
