well it is very nice to do mtech one should always persive higher study which will help in future
there are two ways
1> you have to clear G.A.T.E. exam in electronics or corresponding stream 75% is passing percentile but it is always better to score more than 92 to 95 so that u can get good colleges for iit you need to get above 98% inelectronics stream
u can also get chance to work for barc if you clear there interview
2> take somexperinece and take the noc from the organization and also sponsorship for doing mtech there is less competition in this method but it is always better to have gate score

if you want to join best of the colleges you need to appear at GATE exam. this is an exam for admission into m.tech courses. if you have a good percentile you will be provided stipend also. any how even if you dont score well you can opt through non-gate or management quota. if you hail from south india you can find a number of advertisements in hindu during september to december .best of luck
