Hi!
Yes, we females snore too, sometimes louder than our men I am told.
You could have allergies that's causing you to snore. First try those breathe ease strips that go across your nose. That helps many from snoring.
If after trying that and your friends still say you are snoring, time to see your Doctor to check to see if you have sleep apnea.
I hope this helped!
Take care! :)

The first thing you need to do is get this checked at the docs office to be sure there is no medical cause for your snoring. Snoring can be a classic sign of a medical problem such as sleep apnea or other problems. See your doc and once he rules out a medical cause he will be able to help you.

lol of course females snore! my dog snores and she is female... what a combination! If you are overweight that can cause snoring, as well as medication, or bad breathing patterns, asthma i think. I would recommend seeing a doctor... they can do tests to see if there is something that can help you. At least you dont sleep talk. I do that... shame how embarrasing.

any one can snore, and dr's can determine the cause with a physical an by putting you in a sleep study to see what's going on. Sleep apnea is more serious than just being noisy. My husband has it and was told it effects all aspects of your health and yet most people don't realize it. so see a dr and get it taken care of, weight tonsils sinuses all can be causes good luck and good night

You could have sleep apnea. This is where you stop breathing during sleep and the snoring is you grasping for air. It could also be sinus related. If it continues to be a problem then see your Dr. And yes many women snore--I am one of them..Sleep Apnea is my reason.

HI THERE! YES, WOMEN DO SNORE TOO NOT ONLY MEN. THE ONLY REASON WHY PEOPLE SNOR IS BECAUSE THEY SLEEP ON THEIR BACKS. ONCE THEY DO THAT, THIER TOUNG BLOCKS THE BREATHING AREA. SO LET ME GIVE YOU AN ADVICE, TRY TO SLEEP "ON THE SIDES" AND YOU WILL SEE THAT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SNORE ANYMORE.

GOOD LUCK! : )
