how do i make my green eyes look brighter and greener?

Put white eyeliner underneath your eyes to make your eyes seem bigger, and hence draw attention to your eyes. Make sure you use mascara as well.
Then put on eyeshadow, but not too much or it'll detract from your eyes. If you want a subtle look, browns and bronzes will enhance the green in your eyes without taking attention away. If you want something more dramatic, go for a contrasting colour such as pink or purple, but don't put too much on, or the focus will be on the eyeshadow.

To bring out the green in your eyes, you have to contrast. The color opposite green on the color wheel is red, so a red, pink, purple, or peachy orange color would really bring out the green in your eyes.
However, green eyeshadow will actually diminish the green in your eyes. Think of it this way-there's a white circle on a black background. The white really pops out, right? Now think of a white circle on a cream background. You can barely see the white circle, right?

I'm not to sure but I know when I wear a certain shade of green, it brings out the green in my eyes. They are actually hazel but they seem to change when I wear that one certain color.

If u have contacts get bright green color. If not green eyeshadow would work.

I wear shirts that are the same green as my eyes, or use green/bronze eyeshadow mixes.

Purple or lavender eyeshadow. Like Jessica Rabbit! Brown/tan might also look nice.

Olive green, purple and pinkish eyeshadows are good. Remember the mascara!!

Well... three things do it for my eyes.
An allergic reaction
Wearing a forest green shirt
or
Having a good cry
I'd say go with the shirt....

contact lenses?? OR use darker makeup around your eyes.
ALSO - use a vascular constrictor (eyedrops like VISINE) to make the whites of your eyes whiter - this will enhance the green.
