Science will open up far more opportunities for you. I am a musician and an engineer. I took all of my science classes and then did my artistic stuff outside of school. However, if you don't mind being a starving artist and you prefer art to science (nothing wrong with that) take art.
good luck

Art because even if the art class about sketching, learning the history or appreciating art. Art isn't that complicated whereas science is where you have to learn specific details, and things that will be on the exam. When you draw art you are being creative. Learning Art History is easier just memorizing and inspire things you like. Art Appreciation is liking and admire artists like Kiki Smith, Jeanne Antonie, Richard Sierra etc. and different type forms of Art.
Science can be inspiring too, but depends if you like the category or not, like biology or chemistry fields.

go with science. You do not need an Art education to be a successful artist. You must have a Science education to be a successful scientist. Get the Science education and if you want to get into art work freelance.

When I received my BS in chemistry and biology, I also had 35 semester hours of art (another major) and a minor in math (15 sem. hours). After I got my doctoral, I always arranged my patient schedule so that I had at least one day free to go over to the university where I was involved in pottery and water color classes. You can do it all, esp. if you love it.

Good at or interest? I good at programming but I love art and my degree in art (public relations). My job as programming but in leisure time I do drawing playing music and writing novel. I also get some income from my leisure time activities. So, does everything what we do must based on class or certificates?
Open your mind and do what you good at, what you love to do will come to you gradually.

In my opinion Science is more fun. So many topics to explore and opportunities of experimentation. I like the idea of figuring out how things work, also.
