Hi i'm planning a holiday trip to KL this yr end.
And i'm considering dropping by genting for a day during my trip and came about this "Genting Golden Package Day Tour" is this a good offer? and is there a time limit there or i can stay till the last bus ride?

you can take Putra LRT line to terminal station (TMN Melati) and get your coach ticket and transit at sky cable car. day trip package is sell at the counter.

I recently came back from a holiday in KL and Genting last month. My advice is.. go free and easy. It's cheaper and u can take your own time. I travelled with a big group of friends and we booked an apartment which fitted 10 ppl for only S$160 a night. Which is ard S$10++ per person and we got a kitchen and living room with a balcony.
Furthermore, we took bus one way trip there and then search for our bus ticket home over there. Our return trip was cheaper as we paid in Malaysian Ringgit and we got a higher class coach. With package tour, u can't choose ur bus departure timing... If u book your own bus ride home, u can take the last bus for the day.
As for Genting, we took a cab from KL and bus back. Prices vary as u have to bargain for as low as you can.

Whatever things, when it comes to "Genting" is good. Enjoy yourself....
But agreed wiz Sarah.....go on your own.....
Spend at least one night to experience a night life in Genting.. U wont regret it.

its better if you go on your own, you can take your sweet time and move around.
