first its important to know why your mom sleeps all day....
Q..does she work nights?
A...spend equal time.
Q...is there a reason for you to have to choose between them?
Q... is she depressed? sleeping away your day is a sign...
A... show you mom you truly care for her.
Q...is there a reason you make sure we only hear that your dad is tired from working?
it sounds as though you already have an opinion formed about your mother and if you are not an adult who can understand adult problems you should ask some one you can trust about the way you feel about your parents. :)
....if you are asking this question out here you already know the answer inside of your own heart

I'm looking at your spelling mistakes and so I'm thinking you are not very old and should spend time with both of your parents. Let both of them know that you would like to spend more time with them. Life is too darn short.

Neither. If possible, go to the local nursing home. Spend time with some of those elderly people who really appreciate company. They can tell you such wonderful stories.

Set the house on fire to get their attention! Just Kidding, but what I am saying is to somehow let them know that you need them. Wake them Up. Remind them that it will be too late when you are gone to college. Suggest counseling. Do anything to let them know that you are having a big problem with them. Be respectful... God bless you!!

I'm feeling you on this one. It is tough. I hope you have more family than this because you need an alert adult around to help you grow and mature. I want to say your Dad because he is at least awake. Good luck!
