whats the fastest way to transfer a 200mb file from one computer to another besides msn?

If the computers are networked share the folder that it resides in and copy it from the other computer or use a usb key drive.

a USB "flash" drive. USB 2.0 transfer rates can acheive speeds of up to 400 MB/sec. or burn it to a CD and transfer it that way.

depends what communiction facility available there. you can use ftp if u have good speed in internet.
if its in LAN use file sharing
if PCs are accessible physically use a flash drive.
