There is no such thing. One must choose a cologne that blends well with ones own body odor. Could smell great on the other guy but smell like urine on you. Find a friend with a good nose to help you with this or a talented cosmetician. You beeing a sibling would be a great person to advise or buy for your brother. Imagine his scent when you go shopping. Take your time, this stuff is expensive.

I would say less is definately more. Why not body spray instead of a strong cologne. I am all for Axe(any type)...I think that stuff should be illegal it smells so good, plus it's half the price of more expensive colognes. Or try Bod for men...they come in a variety of nice smells with cute names such as "Ripped Abs". Hope that helps

The colognes i have recieved the most praise on have been..
Aqua Di Gio by Armani (women worship this scent)
Emporio Armani
Clinique Happy
Lacoste Red
Dolce & Gabbana
Axe, Bod and bodysprays are not cologne and will only turn on 12 year old girls and trailer park skanks.
Aqua Di Gio is your best bet everytime i wear it someone always asks what is it and where can they get it.

gucci and Giorgio Armani is really good.. or you can get hugo boss..or polo.., Curve , kenneth cole if you lucky you can go marshall or tjmax to find this brand.. they have in gift set...
all of the cologne i said is good.. but it too your price range.. The new Polo and the new hugo boss not bad either... and Gucci find the one with white sqare bottle.. that really good one.. and the one from victoria sercert one for men.. that really good one it sexy.. the cologne i said is all smell good.. but it to you to pick it

If he's an athlete I'd recommend Adidas or Michael Jordan. If he's more of the sophisticated type I'd recommend Gray Flannel.

make sure its a guys cologne cuz i know some1 who uses a girls deoderant and its really wierd. girls will take just about any smell for a guy as long as they smell good.

hes 18, so go with something like eternity or curve. both smell great! and not too expensive. prolly like 50+ depending on the size of the bottle. trust me, they smell great

Lacoste smells great! so does cool water... it's cheaper also... Burberry smells really good also... I would go with Lacoste though.
Buffy^^^^ Axe isn't cologne...lol
