I know this is becoming my standard answer, but you can't go wrong with a cute pair of slipper socks (Target, Walmart, Old Navy). Buy some cute flavored Lip Smackers and nail polish and candy and slip them into the socks, making them into mini Christmas stockings. You can easily do this for under $10 each.

Cute? 14? hmmmmmmmm.....
Ok, here's what you do.
1. go to wal-mart, k-mart, target, wherever..
* get small gift boxes. Like the size of a paper chinese take out box. (actually they sell those and they're cute).If you cant find a cute box find small gift bags. You want small becuase it creates the illusion that they're getting more stuff. Becuase its so full of stuff. Where as; a big bag/box spreads everything out more ect.ect.
* get candy you think your friends will like. (Candy is your filler)
* a small neat looking christmas ornament. (thats your thoughful gift make sure you get them all differnt ones),
* maybe some lipgloss (thats your extra whatever gift but who doesnt love lipgloss?)
* a neclace or a set of earings (thats your cute gift)
* And Tissue Paper. (for filler/decor)
Put it all together and BAM! best cheap,cute, *thoughtful* present that all your friends will appreciate.

Dollar Store or get something that brings back memories or inside jokes because wants come and go but memories last. For my brother I got him wooden spoons, a locker and antibacterial hand soap. Walmart has some gift packages. Also this site has some really good ideas: http://www.gifts.com/

Get some photos of you and them, and put them in cute frames that you can get inexpensively at a dollar store or walmart... friends appreciate when you personalize things like that!

i would go to claire's or forever 21 to get some cute little tops or in claire's i would get some earrings.they have a good sale on bangles, buy one get one free. or you could just go to bath&body works to get some perfume, body wash, or just a card from hallmarks.
