Modern horses are NOT native to the Americas. Spanish Conquistadors accidentally introduced horses to the American Southwest as they searched for "El Dorado." Some of their horses got loose, and those are the ancestors of the modern "Mustang."
Other breeds were brought from Europe by settlers.

Most horses where like just here somehow from the start like the three toed horse evolved,to the modern horse but most strictly trained horses were brought and lost in America by the Spanish Conkistadors"thats wrong spelling"

The Spanish conquistadors brought them over when they came to Mexico & South America. They took them north when they conquered what is now the southwest of the U.S.

originally they weren't known as horses. they are actual undercover reindeer for santa. he flew them in his sleigh.
