Who will run? well theres a bunch of candidates already. Democrats will be Hillary Clinton, Obama, Gore with Clinton in the front running. Republicans will be Gulianni, Romney, and McCain. Out of all of these i see Gulianni being the front runner with Gulianni being the next president, but the democrats having control over the house, also having the first female speaker. Gulianni will win because of how he handled 9/11 and his leadership skills....
Lets face it, were not ready for a white woman, or a black president....this would never fly in the Midwest or down south...lets be realistic not optimistic

The top three potential campaigners I think will have a good chance of live @1600 Penn Ave are: Hillary,John McCain and Ill senator Barack Obama. I have always admire Sens. Clinton and McCain.
And Sen Obama is probably just the wild card the race needs. Campaign 2008 will one for the record books in a good way. As a political Science major and a self-proclaimed political junkie, I am waiting to go to polls. This will be my 2nd Pres election I would have voted in since becoming of voting age. As a registered Dem, I am very excited about Congress being controlled by the blue party. And as a native Californian and a woman, I am doubly excited about Nancy Pelosi being elected the first female speaker of the House. She is the rep from San Francisco.

John McCain with Rudy as vice has an 85% Chance of winning the next presidency. The Democrats need a newcomer in order to win the presidency. BTW it won't be Obama.

expensive mom of God, no i does not vote for a Kerry-Hillary cost ticket. i'd evaluate vote casting for any of the different combos you're were given up there - all Republicans, yet maximum at the on the spot are not likely. i trust Hillary should be the Dems nominee, and the basically thanks to conquer a celebrity is with yet another celeb, so the Repubs will positioned up McCain. McCain-Giuliani - hmm - now there's a cost ticket that ought to bypass places. putting Rudy on the cost ticket places lengthy island into play, and anybody knows their names. My prediction is that Hillary will %. Russ Feingold as her runningmate - so she will be able to act like she's a centrist, yet he can pull interior the extremely-liberal vote.

I'd like to see Barack Obama as the Democratic presidential nominee, and Rudy Guliani as the Republican.
No matter which would take the White House, it would be a "win win" for everyone!

Repulsives who will run: McConman, Jeb, Powell, Pataki, others
Minor parties Will endorse Nader, or else Pee Wee Herman,
Presidential winner McCain, because people are stupid and have a short memory that he is a neocon and will further destroy the USA.

While I don't think Hilary is the best candidate for the Dems to put up, as she's too polarizing, and frankly, still won't get the good-ole boy vote; it's nice to see that a woman and black are being viably considered for the job. There are a lot of people that don't like Hilary as a candidate, but I haven't heard anyone say that they don't like her because of her gender... only what she stands for.
That's positive!

If it's a Republican I hope it is Rudy. We need to nail down the coffin on the social regressives in the party and elect a social moderate - liberal that will uphold true fiscal conservative values.
Other than that, I'm voting Democrat.
