I live in Canada and all we have is the metric system
As far as I know a CND once is the same as U.S.A. once
that is 30 mls the rest is simple math.
The metric system is all on 10's with milla centa des litter and so on because it is on 10's all you have to do is move the point
to the right or left
1.3 L = 1300 mls 1300 / 30 = 43.333
I hope this helps

liter is a measure of VOLUME whereas
ounce is a measure of MASS.

The number of ounces would depend on the substance you are measureing. 1.3 liters of water is 1.3 kg (aprox36oz) Murcury would be much heavier.

What kind of ounce? That's why I don't use ounces. Too confusing. Use millilitres and litres and you don't have these problems. Just multiply and divide by a thousand.
