Unfortunately, like any scarring, it is permanent. Unless you get laser skin treatments, which can either reduce the appearance of the scars, or get rid of it for good. But be prepared to do some major investments. They are expensive!

mine do go away after a very long time...I scar very easily from anything from acne to a cut. I do find that Aveda and Murad have great skin lightening/brightening products. You might also try Mederma depending on the scar. Or even a laser treatment from a dermatologist.

Acne scars don't go away because like stretch marks they are places where the skin has been damaged. They will fade and look better over time. You can have laser treatment to lessen them however.

It depends. In fact if you had broken the pimples and the scar has become really bad then it would be had to go naturally. I had this problem too and my friend recommended a homeopathic treatment which even though have to be a little patient but is rather effective. Check this blog for the medicine if you need it, in fact i had forgot its name ;) all the best

No, acne scars don't go away unless you get laser resurfacing done (it's also anti-ageing!) about 4 thousand dollars for the whole face

I've gotten scars from zits before and they're gone now. so yes they do go away on their own.

or atleast I wasn't using any products to get them gone...

your skin is constantly flaking off, so as you get new skin, the old skin flakes off and the scars go with.

Most of them do, but if they don't you can go to a dermatologist and have skin abrasion. Hope I used the correct term, it involves some mixture will be put on your face and it will peel your skin and you will have really great new skin after wards. It takes a couple of days.to heal.

Some do but you may wish to ask a dematologist if he can smooth the scars down
