Are Libra's & Pisces compatible?
ok. My birthday is October 23rd. I have been told that I am libra. Some say I'm a scorpio. I believe I'm a libra because the horoscopes fit me exact. Unlike scorpio. So anyway are Libra's & Pisces compatible?
