Well, perhaps you want two words which separately mean something quite different from their meaning when they are joined. Here are a few examples I can think of:
Butter + Fly = butterfly
Can + Did = candid
Leg + End = legend
Try + Sting = trysting

Hi, there is something called 'portmonteau' (check spelling) words in English which is obtained by joining 2 words to get a new word - e.g. Motor+Hotel = Motel. Check the dictionary, you will get more such words.
