Christianity did not lead us into this, it was people who interpreted the Quran wrong and people who interpreted the Bible wrong.

Why should we say no to God. He does not tell bible thumpers what to do. Man was given free will by God to think and make decisions. They forget to pray for guidance and therefore mistakes are made. We as Americans pray to God to keep our counntry safe and the brave men and women who fight and give their lives to keep it that way. If you don't like America, then leave and blame someone else for your own foolish ideas.

Becasue a huge number of American citizens are still believing in God or have their own religion. So to get support from a huge number of people, in order to run the government, congress or senate, those hoping to run the offices must collect support from the citizens. To be precise, political ambition is the only reason why American can not say no to God.

They psychology of believers is really poorly understood. Almost everyone, as they mature, figure out that Santa and the Tooth Fairy are make-believe. But when it comes to imaginary supreme beings (that none of them have ever seen) wielding supernatural powers (that none of them have ever observed [images in burnt toast and tortillas do not count]), they are unable to distinguish fantasy from reality.

This would not be a problem if they were not predisposed to employ violence as their problem-solving method of choice (again, a juvenile behavioral response to things that are different and, therefore, frightening to them).

That is why America’s Founding Fathers specifically excluded Christianity from having any role in US government and public life. In creating America’s government, the US Constitution does not contain a single reference to Christianity, God, or Jesus. Their intentions were made absolutely clear in 1797, when the US Congress unanimously passed the following to be signed into law by President John Adams (Founding Father and second US President):

“As the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion”

You live in America so go ahead say no. Maybe if your lucky you could turn the Christians into the new Jews.
Grow up is coming from the mouth of inexperience.

The Bible thumpers are paranoid. They opposed rock n roll, television, alcohol, and you can tell they are going to continue to freak out over anything possible.

They don't believe religious fundamentalism is killing America as evidenced on 9/11, they think it's Janet Jackson's nipple.

Christ had nothing to do with this or his people.

Look upon Christ

What did he do to deserve such shame?
He has freed you.

God has loved everyone we can't say no to him because he is our heavenly father..
