Imagine that you need to leave $100 with someone for a year. Which of these people would you trust most with your money: a friend who is from another country, a friend who is considered and excellent student, or a friend who is rich? Explain your choice.

A friend from another country can leave to his homeland and you thereby lose out your principal.

A friend who is an excellent student may or may not be an excellent banker.

Your rich friend on the other hand will atleast give you collateral for the 100 bucks in the highly unlikely event that he defaults..! So the third one is the logical choice.
